Silhouette Furniture Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Silhouette Furniture, every product is made with intention and care. Because we specialise in custom, made-to-order furniture, returns are limited to cases involving defects or errors on our part.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Products marked as “Sale”
- Any item returned due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items returned without prior approval or beyond the return window
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing welcome@silhouettefurniture.co.za.
In such cases, we will:
- Arrange collection at no cost to you
- Inspect the item
- Offer you the choice of a replacement, repair (where feasible), or a refund/credit
Please ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as delivered, and repackaged securely for return. Inadequately packaged items may be refused by the courier.
Incorrect Item Delivered?
If the incorrect product was delivered, please contact us within 7 days and:
- Do not remove it from its original packaging
- Keep any tags, labels, or documentation intact
- We’ll collect and replace the item, or offer a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
Preparing Your Product for Return:
- Ensure secure packaging to protect the product in transit
- Include all original parts, accessories, or components
- Clearly label your return reference on the parcel

Please note: we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in return transit where third-party couriers are used without prior arrangement.
